致各位市民及游客:

为配合警方就大型活动实施的人流管制措施，红磡新海滨将于 2026年10月1日实施特别开放安排。码头附属范围将于上午7时至下午2时维持开放予公众使用；其余范围将暂停开放，仅限获授权的活动相关人仕进入。敬请市民及游客留意，并遵从现场工作人员指示。不便之处，敬请原谅。

Notice of Special Public Access Arrangements

Dear Members of the Public and Visitors,

To facilitate crowd-control measures implemented by the Police in connection with a large-scale event, special public-access arrangements will be in place at The New Hung Hom Harbourfront on 1 October 2026. The Pier Ancillary Area will remain open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All other areas will be temporarily closed and accessible only to authorised event-related personnel. Members of the public and visitors are kindly requested to take note of the above and follow the instructions of on-site staff. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
